Specifications:
- Input Voltage: 9 Volts DC (Alkaline Battery)
- Output Voltage: ~30,000 Hertz (cycles per second), Square wave,
50% Duty Cycle, Positive Offset, at ~9 Volts Peak Voltage.
The frequency as measured in this unit is 30.081 kHz (30,081 cycles per
second), and the peak-to-peak output voltage is measured at 11.2 Volts.
This conforms to specifications exactly.
Added Features:
- Extended battery life. (A typical 9 Volt Alkaline battery will last
a very long time.)
- Low battery warning. When the output drops to below the recommended
level, a Red LED light will illuminate,
indicating the need for a fresh battery.
- Uses Conductive (Anti-Static) Wrist Straps or Copper Pipes.
A switch on the end panel turns The Zapper on. A
Green light indicates there is a correct output, and a
Red light indicates a low battery condition. The latest recommendation is
the battery voltage should remain above 7 volts.
